BTW, have you guys seen the Sports Compact Car that has Ken Block's STI racing a monster 350Z? SCC said that the Z was the fastest car they ever tested at Streets of Willow Springs. That's a record that has already been broken......

...but I cant spill the details, yet

Thanks again for the heads up. I'd never realized how big a drop the corkscrew took until seeing Clarkson (Top Gear) standing on the track.

I'd seen people race it but never got the perspective. AWD power sliding through it is amazing.

My DVR caught 2 copies of the night of 8th milers in the Benz. I always get a kick about 1/8th mile times being used for bragging rights.

And what was up with that one guy, 300 miles on his new car, and he's out dragging it at the strip. What liquor store did he have to rob to pay for that car?

Maybe, with luck, it picked up the new episode tonight? I sure hope so. Laguna-Seca's tons more fun that an 8th mile of straight line runs.
