Man, that really blows... the old guy wasn't the most PC dude I've ever met in my life (not that I'm really a PC person ), but he was pretty cool. Hopefully he pulls through!

Either way, you'll get good tint. Mine got a few minor bubbles, but they'll push right out (ask for a squeegee and they'll likely give you one for maintenance).

Default Another new toy...
Got this last night and am lovin' it. Definitely looks good on the car as it matches the body pretty well and then becomes noticeable as you get up-close.

Also, I put MORE scratches in my trunk while taking off the stock piece and trying to get all of the adhesive off and found out that the 3-stage polishing system I've had for a while KICKS ASS. I have one fine mark left back there that I'm pretty sure will come out with a little more work; however, my next detail job with the Norton Liquid Ice + show wax will destroy that of the 15 hour swirl remover/Zaino/show polish job I did before. For those of you that need paint work you may want to hunt this stuff down and give it a try - you'll need to source a full-on polisher as well since this isn't meant to be used with an orbital (I know where you can find one ).

At this point I think you should take the time to lighten the car by a few lbs and then paint the whole thing with bed liner paint... not that it doesn't feel like that already!
