I was there with some friends a month back and I managed a 17.17 lap. My friend Bryan with the turbo'd Cobalt did a 17.03,...second fastest all time there. (Fastest was earlier that week at 16.98 or so.

A kart in the pitts was leaking oil,..and it got on a few of the tires. The guy that worked there said it make the tires stick better. Either way,...I was 1/2 second faster than I had ever gone there before.

Usually getting into the 17's is pretty quick.

17s are pretty quick... The big dude that works there claims he can run 17 second laps, which I had a hard time believing at first, but since he's probably run 1000x the laps I have I guess it's possible.

damn i dont think i have the free time to head out to cinnci, man id love to go out there some day, along side with NJ, NYC.

anyways anyone heading out to woodward tonight? or tommorow?

Never been to Cinci, but I can recommend avoiding NJ - it's a giant cement parking lot that reeks of vomit and feces; however, NYC is BAD ASS. Definitely go there! I'd push to replace the trip to NJ with Boston, MA - that place is incredible. I've only been once and enjoyed it so much that I'd consider moving there without visiting again prior to pulling the trigger.

Oh and I may head out to Woodward later on tonight depending on how ambitious I'm feelin'.
