You will. I helped Donnie with his for 5 hours on Sunday, too. I drove around quite a lot Sunday night, so mine won't even be clean as his.

Whether or not people post MOST of the guys that show up to the meets keep a pretty close eye on this thread so they'll know what's up... not to mention I think we have a pretty courteous bunch so I doubt you have much to worry about. Just come on out and have a good time.

And again: have both girls pimpin' their boobage and eye/face contact will be kept to a minimum!

Let's have the meet at your house and hope he shows up. In the southern lingo, "We'll learn his ass not to hit women."

I like that idea too. Boon, keep Betsy holstered unless absolutely necessary - I vote for teaching this guy a lesson the same way he decided to handle things with his woman.

Killing him would teach him nothing. Firearms are for defensive purposes only.

well not going into too many details, we will need a brand new(unopened) gallon can of paint to smash into his face so hard that it actually breaks, and then some guy that would want to headbutt him in the face directly afterwards

That's ****ing terrible and takes a real pin-dick to do something like that to a woman.

Someone should call up Marsellus Wallace to get his buddies out so they can go medieval on his ass with a pair of pliers and a blow torch.

<<< In for the head-butting part.

Broken ribs hurt really bad.

Punch him in the gut,..when he bends over you upper-cut him in the face,..then while he's on the ground you stomp him in the ribs. You should hear a loud cracking noise.

Hurts super bad for a long time. With every breath he'll remember you telling him that he's been a bad boy.

That said,..my fiance flew in from China last night. Hadn't seen her in a month. Not sure if I'm going,..but I'll probably make it. Just got to check to see if she's wide awake and wanting to do something.

On another note;
I had a second flex joint in my car start leaking,...a 3" unit after the DP. I guess only solid exhaust works. And just keep welding up stuff when it cracks. Argh!

Sounds like you may be fixing the symptom, and not the problem.

Still on the original motor mounts?

I'm violent. But I'm reasonable.

Yes.

I wouldn't consider any other mounts unless I was sure they wouldn't add any NVH. Are there any such animals?

Didn't have anything crack yet though. Trying to keep stress off stuff.

I had the stock UP with a solid exhaust,...then did the GrimmSpeed UP with flex. Now I have a Crucial solid UP, but a flex in the cat-back. If I install this new solid UP and remove the flex in the cat-back,...it would be the first time with no flex anywhere.

I have my 5th up-pipe now. (Didn't install 3 of them). This new one is all modded and ready for ceramic coating.

Sure would be nice if someone somewhere in the world made a good flex section.

Group-N motor mounts add little to no NVH... they also soften up a bit as they break in. The Group-N trans mount adds more NVH than the motor mounts, IMO.

The flex in the uppipe isn't there for the exhaust system to flex with the motor's movement... it's there for the thermal expansion of the exhaust bits, and, on aftermarket uppipes, ease of install. The upper flange of the uppipe is secured to the block with two thick brackets, unless they have been removed. The entire motor/trans/exhaust assembly should move as one unit, all the way to at least the DP-to-trans bracket under the car (the "hook"). A flex at the end of the DP or at the start of the catback should be plenty to keep things in check.

I added a flex to the front of my catback years ago, and it has served me well through all sorts of conditions.
