IWSTI Addict since: Nov 2006 Trader Rating: (11) | I was thinking about that this morning. Madison's seemed to be a pretty big hit amongst the crowd. Think I should change the OP to direct people there for the time being and alter it again if-necessary? This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

![]() The service was twice again as slow as Full Kilt. Couldn't get a table big enough for everyone, either. I prefer FK's parking lot, personally, to that public space behind Madison's. Lots of things to consider.

That and polishing to get swirls out is best left to someone who knows what they are doing IMO and willing to put 20 hours into it if need be. |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2003 Trader Rating: (3) | I can see about 15-18 hours max on our cars for a detail. Then again I wash maybe three times in two events so the hours may be that high (but not 27 hours). I need to set up a day to give this Porter-cable a work-out. So far it has been my truck and the STi. |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2003 Trader Rating: (3) | wooow, you guys must be SLOOOOOW.. hahaha, BTW, I won't make it to the meet on monday. I am having ACL Reconstruction surgery tomorrow morning. If I am up and around, I really will try to make it, but as I see it now, NO AH AH!!! 3-4 hours TOPS to clay a car, even if it's absolutely dirty. And that's scrubbing your ass off. |

IWSTI Addict since: Sep 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | Whose doing Grattan with me Saturday? There's a Fiero club track day at Waterford Hills tomorrow (Friday). Last I knew they were short of people. Anyone who goes can be the fastest guy there. Good for the ego. LOL I'm playing musical up-pipes these days. I've had 5 in the last week or so. Just sold a new GrimmSpeed. Have a New TurboXS for sale and a used Crucial Racing one for sale. I'm in the garage welding and grinding on another one right now. Best I've seen. No idea who makes it. Bought it used from Milenium. |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2003 Trader Rating: (3) | Great, thanks again Jason! I am used to it now. I really want to come out, but these last few months have been busy with the baby and my knee, but I will be there sooner than later...You can hand rub out a car in no time also, if you're not too comfy with a buffer. Hell if I can do it, so can anyone!!! I'll be sure to bring my car out 'someday' haha, I hand rubbed it out, since i don't own a buffer, and enjoy things like that...I was just being funny about the clay comment. I know that's only a small portion of the job! |

The GrimmSpeed was great until it leaked. The Crucial is nice except it's too samll in diameter. (It's 1.62" ID,..and my header is 2",..so it steps down all of a sudden). It would be perfect with a stock header setup, which is about 1.6" ID at the exit. TurboXS is the correct 2" ID at the bottom, and 1.8" at the top (both of which are just what I'm looking for),...but it steps down to 1.5" in the flex section. Uhhhhhh.... yeah! NOT! The Agency Power was nice but it's 2.3" ID,..which is WAY bigger than my header or the 1.7" inlet to my turbo. Etc, etc, etc. It all comes down to me wanting to match things up correctly. So for every different combo of parts,.there's a different uppipe need. So in the end,..I did my own. Just finished it. Not for a test fit. problem is,..if it needs adjustment or I want to ceramic coat it,...the car will be off the road for a few days. With a track day comming up,...I'll probably have to wait.
