I went to a BMW club Sunday breakfast one time in my rather nice Cadilac. None of the members knew I owned a car. It was 10-15 below and my bike wouldn't start. By the next week I had engineered a method for starting the bike (a 1988 BMW K75s). I would park it in front of the dryer vent exit of the apartment building,...then connect a cardboard box between the vent exit and the bike,...and wrap the bike in plastic and insert the 75 cents in the dryer. 15 minutes would get the oil and battery warm enough to start the bike.

(jay)i do rain ride, as long as i know im heading home, cus i know i have a shower and dry cloths waiting, besides i did some work to the car and want to find out if everything works well.

Ugh, such pressure. I'm going to do my best to have it clean, but I swear I'm the epitome of unlucky when it comes to rain hitting on the days that I clean my car!

Yeah, I'm either here during the work day or WAYYY late at night when I'm bored out of my mind... Forums help me keep my sanity, but make me spend wayyy too much $$.
