damn ive disassembled quite a few motors in my days but THAT would make me cringe... thats a lot of parts hahahaha

i really like that agency power catback btw, nice choice. cant wait to see this build completed

Yeah it was hard to look at all the parts after we finished. I've been around V8's my whole life but the EJ257 has a ton of stuff to it lol. Yeah I'm really happy with the Exhaust can't wait to hear it on the car!

Wow its been awhile

So my buddy came over and got the crossmember crack welded and reinforced. And brydon is on his way over right now to hopefully get the engine all together, but here are some pics!

And it took me forever to upload pics, so, i have engine pics now

Yeah, I'm Excited.

Today will be the second day of engine work, ill post pictures after we get everything done, or mostly done! We have to order new "Lifters" (Thats what subaru is calling them, they are the little buckets that go on top of the valve stems, we have to get the clearances right for the new cams.

Ordering the buckets today, and They should be here by next weekend and the engine will hopefully be in the car!! So its exhaust fab after that.

So i started fine tuning the TGV's, after i get all 4 ports polished up, my buddy is gonna spot weld the holes shut, ill go over it again, and we're good to go! I hope to see an engine in a car this weekend

^^ I know! I cant wait, i just called Carr Subaru, the Cam buckets are all in, so the engine hopefully will be in the car this weekend!
