Default autobahnsuby's Journal

Well so i Bought my 2004 Platinum Silver STi about two weeks after i graduated from Wyotech and had just Started my new job at Lamborghini Chicago. It was pretty beat up already when i bought it, but that is why i got it for an amazing deal. I plan to make this a very clean Sti, and yet a bat outta hell on the track. Here is the list of what came with the car when i bought it.
  • Turbo XS RFL Type H (which i just finally replaced with a stock one)
  • Apexi Turbo Timer
  • Alpine Head Unit (some Cheapo one)
  • Eclipse Speakers, 12" Subwoofer, and two Amps.
  • Debadge trunk and Shaved key hole.
So i have had fun with it so far but now i am wanting to mod it. But first i have to fix the little things with it that have added up very fast, like the front bumpers clear coat peeling off, the drivers side skirt that has a huge scratch on it, and the rear quarter panel not lining up at all. but first i have done a few things to tied me over with until winter. so here is a list of what i have done to the car since i bought it.
  • ERZ Catback
  • HKS Catless down pipe
  • Valentine One Radar Detector
  • Cobb Tuning Access Port (that i only paid $300 for)
  • Cobb Tuning Short Shifter
  • Cobb Tuning Shifter Bushings
  • Helix Coilover system
  • ACT Clutch and Flywheel
  • Hawk HP Plus brake pads
So the next things that i am going to do soon are 35% Window Tint, Rotora Slotted Rotors, and SS brake lines. I am going to do this before Winter. I am going to straighten out the body lines with the rear quarter panels and bumper.

Here are Some pics the day i bought the car at my Buddies house.

Here is a Picture of my car when i still worked for Lamborghini ( i have now gone back to School)

And here is how my Car Sits Today Sorry it was way to Brite out to take Pictures.

Autobahn is probably one of my favorite tracks of all time; 27 turns when in full track; other than that I'll take the South track any day. Used to do track days on my R6.

McHenry here...
