Default Krux's 20G STI. *Updated 8/31/08

Well now that I have my camera back I think I'll start one. I don't plan to do A LOT of mods but of course I will start with an AP and work from there. Probably end up with just a basic stage 2 setup and then some minor body/interior work.

I'll post exterior body shots when I have time to clean it up as it's currently really filthy.

Heres some fun shots in the mean time.

This is in my grandparents back yard. 26 acres and this spot was amazingly baron! No bushes or rocks just a ****load of dirt. My first time on dirt but I had a blast. This summer I'm gonna help him mow the grass and drag it out smooth so we can have a nice figure 8 track in our backyard

I got an amazing deal on my car ($23.8k) because the interior was sort of beat up (smoker) but I've been working on it since I got it and this is what it looks like today.

No kidding? LOL thats another thing the past owner must have replaced with the incorrect part. Car had a WRX intercooler (I've fixed that) also. God if I could meet the past owner I'd like to stab him. Though damn clever of him doing that much back to stock in order to sell it. Sure fooled me. Oh well he didn't rag on it and everything else is in spectacular shape heh

Ok spent a bit o' change recently and picked up a 2006 shift knob and did the DIY angled plate mod with a new plate frame and got some new floor mats too! Most importantly I just picked up a Cobb Accessport V2 and flashed to stage 1! WOW it's a sure step up! Pics tomorrow!

New pics! Spent all day washing and detailing and found out how sad I am to own a third silver car. This is alot of waxing and polishing and a bad camera.

Updated! Woot! I just put in my order for a Invidia V3 Catted DP! Yay tax return! As soon as I get my tax rebate check then I'm picking up an AP AGAIN (damn women making me sell my ****)

Also about a month before this one that I got 2 lovely sidewall punctures on my rear tires so I took it upon myself to pick up some Toyo Proxes T1-R's and they kick serious ass. My car didn't come with the stock RE0-70's(?) so I was more then happy to get away from the generic crap tires that the stealership had thrown on there.

Now I've got to get it aligned though since it's doing a wee bit of pulling to the left.

Well I just went and had it aligned today. Since I got my new tires put on it's been pulling to the left under any kind of throttle and it jerks to the right when I let off.

The assistant manager at the Les Schwab I went to had his 05 STi parked out back so I felt totally safe with them working on it. Really cool guy. Anyway my left rear Toe was WAY OFF! It was at 0.64 degrees (now at 0.05)! He said it looked like the front end had been aligned before but not the rear.

Got it back on the road and now she rides straight as an arrow and I don't fear for my life every time I hit a bump and lose a bit of traction. Before this the wheel would fly off to the right and it made for a very scary ride. Not anymore! Now if my rebate would just hurry up!

Results are in and I'll post the slip as soon as I get a scanner but after DP install and a tune courtesy of GST Motorsports I hit about 260 WHP/ 290 WTQ.

Car pulls like a raped ape.
