Still keeping it under 4000 RPM and the anticipation's killing me. Anyway, I couldn't be more thrilled with a car. Even driving around slowly, this one just feels right.

While waiting for "1000" to hit the odometer, I decided to polish it up and take some pictures.

Glad to be here.

Very nice. What wax product do you prefer? I'm a long time Zaino owner but have been considering trying Meguiars NXT (I think that is what it is called.)

Thanks. I've used One Grand's Blitz Wax for years on all my cars. It's some work to do, but worth it. I plan on putting another coat on the STi once I get the clear bra installed.

Haha! Cool! Yep, I was there taking the kids to the movies. I guess you left before we did, 'cause I would've remembered a brand new white STi parked right next to mine. Sorry I missed you.

Small world eh? Goes to show how few STi's there are out there when we so easily spot each other in public places like that. I'm sure our cars will cross paths again.

So you guys are from the O.C.??? You should check out SUPER AUTOBACS in Stanton, off of Ocean Blvd. Awesome place to hang out and to purchase awesome aftermarket goodies. Last week, I was visiting down there and there was EVOs, WRXs, 350Zs, etc.... Sweet spot to kick it.

Default jerk got what was comming to him--tranny death

They're on BEACH Blvd. in Stanton, not OCEAN. I think it's the first store in the USA of a big Japanese auto parts chain.

Dayamn this is it. This is the color and wheel combination that I'm taking delivery on today if I trade the 04. I would like to see my feedback on handling comparison at the limit on both 04 vs 05.

Nice car man

Thanks. Yes, I too would like to see your feedback. I've heard varying theories on whether or not the '05 changes should make a noticeable difference.

Just wanted to say that is one of the coolest and nicest pictures of an STI that I have seen on the internet. I liked it so much I used it as a background image on my computer. TIGHT car, and enjoy.

Thanks! Not only that, but I'm honored you'd use your first post here to pay the compliment. Hope to see pics of yours some time.
