I had a 2000 Camaro SS, sold it three weeks ago, thank god i waited and did my research. I have been saving and searching for this thing for 3 weeks now. I got a White/Silver Rims had 10,200 miles for 26700 out the door. I was there for 10 hours, I thought their sales manager was going to punch me in the face, started throwing papers everywhere. I am really happy with this, blew my expectations away, and the White one is so Rare that it was a deal. I talked them down from 29000. So I made out pretty good.

thanks....it still blows my mind, gas mileage is horrible though....I used to complain about the camaro. I had a 6 speed and I would get about 350 miles on the highway. The STi gets about 270 miles.... Insane, but I dig it.

yeah mileage blows. i fill at the quarter mark usually 200-225miles

I had an 02 SS. It would get me 28 highway easy. 6th gear is like a super overdrive. At like 70, the engine would turn 1700 rpm.

Huh...interesting. Haven't used sixth gear that much in the STi (still in break-in), but seems like that's a decent overdrive for cruising.

....yeah, but I dig it, it's fun, it's quick, and it's roomy for what it is. My '00 SS started having way to much trouble. The only thing with the Subaru, is there is a ton load of break dust.
