IWSTI Addict since: May 2005 Trader Rating: (0) | Thanks guys! The detailing took about 4 hours. I had company so it went by fast and the final feel of the metal makes it all worth it ![]() And yep I did have a Sti back in the days. I wonder sometimes what it could have been if I spent the same amount of money on the Sti. That extra .5 L would definitely help with the 35r. |

Nice style and size but I think it would look 100 times better in a different color, maybe black or something. Second, I really don't like the add on hood scoop thingy. I prefer the stock Evo hood vents. Lastly, just too many stickers. I know you said some were coming off, but I think most should come off. Playboy bunny? The cash or ass, 500 awhp club, etc etc. I think it's just too much, taking away from an otherwise very clean car! |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2005 Trader Rating: (0) | Well, the wheels were a long story. I had about 2 years to decide what wheels to get and my initial thought was gunmetal/black chrome/flat black wheels. However, every light colored import goes with a dark color wheel around here so when I saw the JICs I was sold. I think that they would have been too blingy if they were 18s, but 17s wrapped with 255/40s show plenty of beef and offset the chrome a bit... Overall though the stickers are just a trial thing at this point. My later plans are for a new chromeallusion paint job with some of the stickers being stencilled in (like my evo IX badge in the back). The RMR cf hood scoop actually tunnels down onto the intake which is functional for me. If you look at my intake, its real close to the radiator fan, so I had to put something there to offset the extra heat being fanned onto the intake. Thanks for the comments guys! Keep them coming Last edited by Turkishexpress; 07-16-2007 at 10:21 AM. |
