I run 110 and it's FTW.

leaded gas smells great, and the more you smell it the better it smells.

it looks like after talking to jorge that my tune date might be moved from tomowrow to friday, so stay tuned....btw snorky just installed the aps 70mm and thier was 0 triming needed.....fit like a glove.....i just think that your piece had some excess casting slag on it.

agreed! nan is always thinking of homosexual/sexual or immature comments.....but we sure do love him for his huge database of knowledge in his 46 kajillion posts!!!

yeah i think that yours just had some extra casting material on it that made it not fit properly....tim which aps cold-air do you have? i thought you went through like 3 different intakes......

i have the APS 70mm but i have the snorkus delete elbow and a k&n installed until i get protuned for it. I wasn't in too big of a hurry to put it on because I need a tune in order to run it and that would bump me into SM or SP for autox. Currently i just flash back to stock maps or the 100oct map like i did at the subaru challenge. I wouldn't be able to do this with the 70mm intake.

I also tried out a typhoon over the summer just to see what all the fuss was about. (it killed performance on hot days city driving but sounded spectacular. i found myself opening and closing my throttle next to motorists with open windows ). I previously had the APS 65mm. I also went elbowless for a while. this was just the air box installed. i didnt see any ill effects from this i think because it was still sourcing most of its air from the fender.

I swear i remember reading that the fender holes are different sizes on 04-05 vs 06-07. I will have to check out your install at CIR.

Mackin is replacing my RGIIs btw. They'll be here in jan/feb 08. I can't decide if i'm going to keep them. I'm worried about the paint flaking again.

Looking good MK. That TMIC looks so nice and meaty (that was for you Nan )

Seriously though, APS makes some pretty stuff - glad you got everything in and looking forward to seeing what "Stage 3" does for you.

Suspension and wheel stuff sorted out yet?

the APS TMIC looks nice... didn't get a chance to read the whole thread, but did it come painted with the APS logo on it?

I'm waiting to finish getting this tuned then all the research starts over again for wheels/tires and suspention....t3h clap suggested I buy the tic coilovers and switch them out in the winter, but I don't know if I want to do that. Also comming up I'm doing a alcantara headliner/pillars and thinking about buying the racecomp suede thick steering wheel.
