ok so, a few weeks ago i found out about the RCE coil bind issue with their older springs... and sure enough i found sure signs of this condition on my springs... i drive on some harsh roads so this was no surprise. well i contacted RCE and let them know, and because they had installed my previous set of springs, they told me they would install the new ones free of charge if i brought the car down. so this past monday i did just that, made the 3 hour trek down to the RCE shop and had them install the new springs... they also took a look at one of the noises in the rear of my car... and they couldnt pin it down either lol... first impression after the install was "HOLY ****", so much more compliant with the Ohlins/RCE combo... much easier to drive on PA roads. anyway HUGE props to Race Comp again for hookin me up with the new springs installed...

however, after some discussion with an unnamed wheelitist, i discovered that my camber bolts weren't set up right... instead of replacing the normal bolt on the bottom with the whiteline bolt they replaced the stock eccentric bolt with the whiteline bolt... so when i get the car aligned im going to have the bolts set up right... im hoping to get about -2.0 out of the front... and whatever out of the rear lol...

i have also decided that i have to keep telling myself that im on a modding break for a while, i got in way over my head wth CC's so im recovering from that... and doing pretty good at it for now... the PWT keeps me in check...

the only things i have to install are "show" items(z/s radiator caps,shift boot and custom knob), with the exception of the sard dren plug im buying from penguingarage. so things are going pretty well right now. the car is performing like an absolute champ.
