Chaos i know im WAY behind on ur journal, just read up, nice ride, very nice.... have been curious for a while so i thought i'd ask... for the track day you went to... whats w/ all the blue tape? i've seen it elsewhere and dont understand the purpose.... glare?

its usually to keep debris from royally screwing up your paint... imagine a rock hitting it at 60mph... now imagine that rock hitting it at 120mph lol...

Sux for you guys cause I get to see this car in person everyday! Looks real good man. BTW where did you get your tail tints? Also are you still glad you did the kartboy diff and shifter bushings?

haha im actually at the other building most of the time... either way thanks alot man! lol

i got them from rockblocker.com... i dont like them ... they are too dark... im probably going to pick up some bluebatmobile ones soon to replace them...

and the kartboy bushings are nice... shifts are very direct... only downfall is the NVH but thats not too bad really...

small update,

i did an oil change the other night, and adjusted the Ohlins... first off i want to say that the magnetic drain plug revealed that my car is running stellar no metal ftw. no oil loss ftw.

second, i want to say that im retarded and had been running the "race" set up on the ohlins since june... i finally decided to see if making them softer would help... and it did, they are so easy to adjust i dunno why i didnt do it before... they are now set at 20 clicks from full stiff (thanks tony!) and take the bumps a good bit better now.

we havent gotten any snow here yet so the v limited lip is still on the car... and so are the ohlins/rce obviously... if it becomes an issue ill swap out the suspension and take the lip off. cause winter is ftw.

i decided to drive around a bit in the light snow we're getting and take some pix... i need a tripod badly... but yea enjoy.
