Good luck with the zip ties. Anything to get rid of the ridiculous bounce would be amazing. Theres a 1 mile stretch of highway right before my exit that is just bumpy enough that if im going 70, it almost bounces me out of my seat! It's like I catch the peaks of teh bumps just right. You cant even see the bumps in the road - theyre pretty shallow, but plenty to send my car into a massive oscillation.

So far, the general effect has been noticeable, but not exactly world-beating. I'm going to tighten up the zip ties Friday and see if more tension relieves more bounce.

Also, spoiler is on the boat. Should be here soon. Now I need to decide on a paint/body shop and investigate the possibility of having the WRX wing's 3rd brake light integrated somehow.

Let me know how the tight vs. slightly tight feels. You can be my guinea pig so I don't have to waste any more ties.

Don't want a rear decklid light? Might be easier than hacking up your new spoiler.

I'm just investigating it. I'm also considering using the WRX lights as the decklid light. Ghetto fabrication rly?

Man your car looks so good with the Prodrives on! The Gump is well, still here. I did see an urban grey on goldies the other day but lets just say STi sightings are rare

Waiting for wheels ftl I'm going to go mad if this isn't the quickest month ever. Not to mention new exhaust as well.

Take care of that WRB, I still like your color better

Thanks! I waited just over 3 months for them. Rays had to make them for me. I got the hook up. No, not really.

The downfall of a Japanese tuner is that a lot of the good parts are made - and remain - in Japan. I wish Japan were closer. I've been waiting on a spoiler for a little over a month.

I wash it like twice a week and garage it when I'm home. It's well card-for. Want yours to look better? Wash/claybar/wash/zaino/zaino/zaino FTW.

I'm waiting for updated pictures from a better photogrpaher with a better camera. But it'll be a bit longer - he's a lazy whore and he's been on vacation.

i haven't been hassled in 1 year of being 3rd lightless.

and i have flashing brake lights, so it really draws attention. if i am ever hassled, i will fab up a thin led strip, instead of a big ol' OEM light.

The WRX wing light is a LED strip. That's what I'm considering using. Depends on if I get really bored.

Nah, but if I were to yank the led strip from the WRX wing, I'd mount it on the deck.
