should be going stage 2 tomorrow.. pretty excited about that as long as i dont run into any snags because i will be doing it by myself like everything else... wish me luck.. oh ya i test drove an 08 STI today too and i like some things about it but i def love my 06 much better... although i love the front end and the aggressive ness of it...

Well Just went STAGE 2 this morning and it took me about 1 1/2 hours to do it, hardest part was getting the lower heat shield off to get to the farthest left bolt on the turbo.. Liquid wrench was a life saver though... I came through the gate here on fort knox after i took it for a test drive and smoke was pouring out of the hood, i was trying not to laugh as the guy was staring at my car and saying man that thing must be hot... All in all i love it, almost crapped my pants when i went WOT in 4th and 5th.. I also havent gotten a CEL yet after almost 15 miles, not sure how long that usually takes considering im catless.. but i love it soooooo much... Next up are RCE Blacks, rally armor mud flaps and a relplica V-limited....

^ haha same here after the new dowepipe and getting off the freeway exit. All of them look at me like you are toasted.. haha.. priceless.

i did the same thing and i was getting some funny looks when i went for a drive

well i drove it a lil bit more today and so far so good, im loving the sound it sounds so mean and deep and its not as loud as i thought it would be considering im catless.. Oh and i havent popped a CEL yet either, not sure what thats about if someone could enlighten me about it a lil further i would appreciate it.. i will get pics up as soon as it stops pouring out...

Give it a few miles... car has to see the error over a period of time.

Actually the accessport automatically turns off all CEL's related to going whatever stage your flashing.... so its not going to show a CEL for being catless

well thats nice to know,,, thank you. thats good now i wont sweat it as much and just move on to my other plans i have...just waiting to sell some stuff that i got posted in the part outs/ multiple parts section... after that i should be getting some more stuff and starting too look good...LOL
