A Hobby Dovetail Saw. I call them mini dovetails because they're smaller than a regular dovetail saw that you'd use to cut large pieces of wood.



They do a great job of cutting plastics. I've used it a couple times to cut broken plastic rivets on the car.

Painted the Ebay V-Limited yesterday. Mounted it today. I give fitment an A... as in A Pain in the Ass. None of the bolt holes lined at all when mounting. My initial quick fit a few weeks ago proved to be inaccurate. Luckily there is a little stretch with urethane so I was able to get everything lined up and drill a few new holes. I had to use longer bolts than stock to get enough thread engagement. The Genuine V-limited holes are just slightly off. After some massaging, I'm happy with the final fitment.

Here's my "paint booth":


I applied 3 coats of adhesion promoter and 6 coats of Flat Black bumper coating. I'm really happy with the way the paint came out.

Nice...good idea about the under side of the heat shield. Never though about that! You use ThermoTec High Temp Black heat spray?
