I think the wheel hub should be red and the steering wheel should be with the red stiching IMO. Looks great none the less.

i was orginally thinking that too. but it is kinda played i have a good friend with that setup on his evo. and i didnt want to copy him.

this was the rarest i could find that was subaru related and no one had

So, out of curiosity, and I'm not trying to be a dick, at car shows (and I'm assuming that's what you're shooting for... can't see this car on a track for some reason (?)), do they not look for uniformity as well as rarity?

I'm seeing a red/black theme predominantly, but then you throw in those STI/Defi Genome gauges... which are cool, but only in a WRX IMO, since it matches their gauge cluster. Then you have the new steering wheel with the orange hub and the orange stitching, once again breaking the pattern/theme. Rare or not, or been done before or not, I'd say the theme and look of the car takes priority over uniqueness in those cases.

, I'm not a car show guy, so I have no idea about the judging. But from a layperson's perspective, I'd totally assume complete uniformity as well as your clean look and kick-ass rare parts would be what you'd want.... but that's just me

Either way, looks awesome.

honestly its more of a personal thing.. i like to have things nobody has. if that means have a color outta place i do it.

also that gauges are still offered in japan as a factory upgrade on all imprezas so to me they go fine with the cluster.
