got the car corner balanced over the weekend.

my car is a tubby.

3474 with me in it. I tip the scales at 180.

this was with just shy of 1/2 tank which is where i usually autox at.

cross weight with me in the car is now.....50%

Yah the front bumper and side skirts are in Cali now.....I didn't get the FRP crapola...I got the hybrid material!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was thinking Syms front fenders! Man...I wonder how much its gonna cost to paint........still waiting on this one shop to call back. I heard fitment on the Ings+1 is A+!


BTW, Mac told me that he said that Cornor Balancing was a "Myth" and really didn't do anything on handling etc.....man did I school him on that!! I was like, jeezz if only you were there when he said that it would have been hilarious!!!!!!!!!!!!!

corner balanced and aligned.

did i miss something?

the scales were a friend of a friends so it didn't cost us anything to do it.

and my friend has a shop so for the small fee of slapping on a Wales Garage banner for all events he and I align my car often

I was waiting on the following before i corner balanced the new suspension.
1.) scales to become available
2.) find the appropriate rear ride height to keep my fender off the tires
3.) finish school for the semester

finally everything came in align and right in time too, i've got the biggest event of the year coming up in 2 weeks.

winner of the event gets an all expense paid trip to compete in a Prosolo style National Subaru Run Off in Factory prepped 2008 STi's!!

I agree on the gramLights not cutting it, don't worry now that we've got the suspension sorted out one of the things on the list is new street wheels.

and since i'm running the CCWs for autox I wont get **** for having street wheels that are wider than my race wheels anymore

i'll probably just order from the same company when i order up the wheels for russell t3h pirate (abbar's yaris).
