yo man what's happening! Happy weekend brother, lol

yep I did check out those wheels, but have since decided that they're not exactly what I'm looking for. I'm almost thinking something like this (but in gray/graphite, not sure if I want black)...I love these skinny 5 spokers because they really show off the big brembos http://images14.fotki.com/v225/photo...4ReEdit-vi.jpg

I see you have very good taste! Those are the gram light 57f's, I want to get either those in bronze or the svn's in bronze. Heres some 57'f on a WRB 06 http://www.iwsti.com/forums/vbpicgal...?do=view&g=189

Ooooh, I think I've seen an STI in town with those 57f's - black, FMIC, tint, tuned @ japtrix rear sticker, ect. Very nice!

nice drop, I was considering those springs, but wasn't sure if I'd have trouble clearing driveways and speed bumps. Any feedback on the driveability changes you may have had to make now that you've had them on for a few days?

It's been a couple days and if I've dropped any more, it's not too noticeable. Overall I notice a slight increase in handling actually, which surprised me. I now feel more comfortable at higher speeds going around corners. As far as the drop is concerned, what I tell most people (and what people say to me) is that it's not slammed, but it's a nice drop. With the stock BBS 17's it still gives you the flexibility of daily driving and not having to really worry too bad about scraping which is very nice.

WOW Zach you are going to have fun! But damn im sure all that put a dent in your wallet. Make sure you have lots of WD-40 and soak all the exhaust bolts, you'll need a jig saw to cut the rear diffuser a little and cut the turbo heatsheild to re-install. From looking at your future mods you might wanna pick up a set of colder plugs for like $30-40 . Are you going to get the car pro-tuned on UTEC? I'm going for a dyno in Fort Myers soon, Dynapak AWD the shop just got it. I'll let you know. Very nice choice on mods .

Cost wasn't too bad, Josh hooked me up. Worst thing of all was the Defi's, but I figure when I sell my car in a couple years I'll get some of the cash back so it makes me not think about what I spent quite as much Are you sure you have to cut the rear diffuser on the 06 sti's for this exhaust? Hmmm....is it visible? Or just visible from the underbody? As for tuning....I send Tuning Tricks an inquiry but haven't heard back from them. If he doesn't get back to me soon I'll go somewhere else.

Im not sure If you have to cut the diffuser for your exhaust, but my Buddy Club was rubbing and it melted a little of mine, wasnt too bad so i just cut off very little of my diffuser and it clears the exhaust very well, you will not be able to notice the cut if you need to make one. Just make sure when you do the exhaust soak all the bolts the night before. Its easy to do with hand tools and lots of leverage, just put the car on 4 jack stands and you will be good. I dont know anywhere around here that does tuning but I would like to do a few pulls on Todd's AWD dyno in Fort Myers .

Guess I'll play it by ear and if I have to cut I will. All the work is going to be done on a lift so that will make things easier. Everything should be going in the same day, from the turbo inlet & defi's to the exhaust. I'll make a note to soak the bolts. Never heard of that before, but then again I'm new to modding. What's the purpose? AWD Dyno......I'm down
