this one of thier new turbo`s that have some what of a transmission in the turbo that make it so there is very little lag?

Thanks, so far Harman not sure of what #'s it will produce on his dyno guessing 350whp range on 91. Im hopeing for a little more, and I think I'll be happy whatever 100oct produces for sure
