Default Wider=Better part2 with new wheels and wax

I just got the new wheels on the car Gram Lights 57C's 17x8.5 on Bfgoodrich G-force 255x40x17. I have a vlimited repllica lip, but had to take it off to get an alignment. I will take new pics with the lip back on, but for now I just couldn't wait. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

I'm interested in the tires as well and will check out your other thread for more info. I'm currently running the G-Force KDW's and I can't stand the softness of the sidewalls; they create what I'll call steering lag, which is a close cousin of turbo (or boost) lag.

Anyhow, the car looks great. I've got to get me some meaty tires.

thanks for the compliments so far,

I know what you mean about the softness of the sidewall, I have a friend runnig the KDW T/A's which and those are 20k wear tires, if that, at least on his car. To me they were a cheap aggressive tire with over 300 treadwear, so thus far still happy with them.

done...
thanks, there is slight rubbing only in the rear, so I will have to bring the car in to get a little more camber in the rear, and/or just do some minor fender work by pulling the edge of the fender in. this problem only happens with 2 or more ppl in the car and only over large bumps.
