Thanks for the comments guys. I have about 80 pics total that are all of this quality. Photographer was great. Timeless, the drive shaft performed outstanding. I was expecting some vibration and possibly thinking that I would have to remove the Cusco motor mounts but I won't. I have a very, very small "hum" sound at highway speed that is barely audible over my quiet exhaust. I had no vibrations at all up to 130mph. Highly recommend it.

Your car looked good on the track

It was nice to see the extra Subarus at the track this weekend, how would you rate this Redline event?

Chris and Nick run a great event. It was even more of a plus that there were only about 25-30 cars total. By about 2 pm, there were only about 10-12 cars left and it turned into an open track. You could have run a whole tank of fuel if you wanted to. They just kept letting us go out. Huge amount of track time. Thanks for giving me the time to answer my questions Quirt.

I agree, they run a great event and do a great job at making every one feel comfortable.

Next time you’re at the track, grab your helmet and hop in the passenger seat. Russ took two people for a ride and I got a chance to take the car around a few laps with a passenger as well

You are welcome, I always try to make time to answer questions from fellow Suby owners.

I wanted to ask so bad but I did not want to interfere with your test and tune. I watched Chris (from Redline) buckling up in the passenger seat and gawked as you started up the car. As I was watching you pull out of the garage I realized, I was in the same run group . Almost missed it. Thanks again.

Default Re: 05CGM's...well...05 CGM! Ride in the Crawford STi & SuperStreet Time attack pics!

Went out to the SuperStreet Time Attack yesterday at Big Willow. Had a blast. Crawford invited me out to experience first hand what their car is made of. All I can say is %#@! that thing is fast! They were only on their 2.5L motor (their race motor is a 2.9L).

They just flat out chased each car down like it was a game. They were also playing around for the first time with a new suspension set up and some amzing carbon-carbon brakes.

I have never ever personally felt stopping power like that. The first hot lap we were headed down the front straight at about 153mph side-by side with a pretty trick Z06. The Vette braked where I had expected cars like this to brake, but Russ Warr (driver of Crawford STi) was still on the gas and did not stomp on the brakes for what seemedlike another 40 or 50 feet! I thought we were headed off the track.

Big thanks to Quirt, Chris, Bill (tuner) and Dr. Russ Warr for the ride. I took a few vids of the ride but it is with my cell phone so they came out really bad.
