update: well they officially squeek going over large speedbumps. I dont know if thats normal but thats just something ive observed.

That's the patented Tein squeek

Heard somewhere if you grease up a certain part it might take care of that issue for you.

well ive made an appointment at west end alignment. Also, Ive noticed that the coilovers do squeek when i go over very large speed bumps and if i go over large bumps in the road where the coilover is compressed very rapidly. Is this normal?

Probably just the pillowballs. That happens. Our cars love making noises.

all righty then. Im looking forward to getting corner balenced and aligned at west end alignment. Just not really looking forward to the 45 min drive

I'd be lying if I told you exactly what he was doing.

I was busy staring out the little window looking at old cars getting squished. Yes, you'll be entertained by a giant forklift hauling around demolished vehicles.

I know for a fact he'll make sure your ride height is level on all four corners with you there.

^^make sure you have your wheel lock. The guy before me had to leave and go back home to get it. I dont know why he didn't already have it in his car, but I guess he lost it before and just got his new one, but never put it back in his car.

Drive the car as empty as you can, or as you would daily. The car will be on a scale, and you don't want golf clubs/tool boxes to skew any results.

Some will even go to the extreme of removing the spare, and going in on a half a tank of gas. Then again, those guys were getting track alignments and are at West End every other month.
