I was just wonderin about a protune...

my car should be completely done early next week and i am showing at a car show in canada and leave for friday so its mostly freeway miles...I dont plan on beeing in boost for most complete majority of time, so if i kept my injectors/fuel pump stock and wait till the end of the month to buy em and then get it tuned....will i be ok to run stage 0 map?
