Oh s***!! Sorry to hear about your car!

As far as the injury, be happy you live in NY and have NYS PIP for your bills! What insurance are you through? They may or may not be able to waive your deductible since it wasnt your fault. Hope things work out for you!

Im through allstate... Right now its a 900 dollar deductible but the investigation just started... They say im gonna be assigned to a claim handler since theres is bodily injury. But yeah PIP is about to payout... Some people are tellin me to get a lawyer already lol

The lawyer most likely wont get you anywhere. NYS has a threshold that needs to be breached. Loss of site, loss of limb, death, or other serious injury - which usually means broken bones.

A soft tissue injury (sprained neck, back etc) isnt considered serious and you wont get a pay out. If you do/did have a serious injury, you will have to file a UM claim (uninsured) for the injury.

PM me if you have any questions and good luck. I hear Allstate is a ***** to deal with for PD, not sure about BI.

Damn bro...hope it all works out for you and you feel better.
At least the diffuser wasn't completely mangled, hopefully it can be repaired fairly easily.

I should be fine thanks man.... The clear coat on the diffuser is cracked to **** i dont think theres any other damage to it.. The bumper itself is gone though.

That blows. Hope you feel better man. I've since switched but I had to get a rear bumper replaced on my rsx a few years ago with allstate and they weren't too bad to deal with and didn't seem to low ball the estimate. Now if you do damage to someone else's car and they are your carrier beware. They totaled out this car i hit that probably shouldn't have been and i paid hard.

Probably the last thing on your mind right now but I'll be the A-hole and ask. Got any pics?
