I actually adjust mine quite a bit in traffic to watch for motorcycles splitting lanes. It would be tragic if some Giant Flannel Army Poster Girl on her Sportster macked my Craft Squares in traffic.
I'll get the Prova inserts instead.
I want the prova insert for the rear view mirror

Default Re: The Road to an STi - Cobb Springs Installed.. Also Whiteline Balljoint Extenders!

Today i got the Cobb Springs installed and also put in the Whiteline balljoint extenders.

First impressions: The drop is impressive!!!!

Less than a finger wheel gap in the back and a little less than two fingers in the front.

The springs are a bit harsh compared to stock but the Brides do a pretty good job of absorbing the shock.

Driving Impressions: Handling greatly improved!!!!

I still need to get an alignment but the change between stock and this is VERY noticeable and well worth the money. The car sits very flat now through the corners i estimate my cornering speed increased by about 5-10MPH through turns. ALOT less body roll however.....im sure that can be cleaned up with some Whiteline Sways. I estimate ill need 26mm front and 24mm rear to set everything straight.

Pics coming soon....

My COBB spring sat in my garage for almost a year before installing them. I really enjoy the drop and improvements in handling. Good choice.
