Being that I HAVE been burnt by tuners in the past, so I will save someone else the hastle.

Anyone could have searched & found it anyhow.

Tuner was Mike W.@GST as per the post on NASIOC here: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...ighlight=vp109

Just to clarify: there are a few variables that add to the demise of a motor. Sure the way the car is tuned weighs a bit more on the longevity, but it doesn't mean we should start blaming the tuner.

Sorry for being vague in my first post.

I'm baffled as to how people can spend $7000 on mods and not have money to fix their own car.

Sorry for being vague in my first post.

I don't believe we've heard yet what ACTUALLY happened .. specifically.
That's not a dog on the OP; I'm sure the OP is extremely frustrated and irate.. and not thinking rationally (I know I wouldn't be!). But I certainly would like to hear a postmortem before accusations get thrown about (unless I missed an early post where it was described, at which point I'm sure someone will correct me).

you sir have no clue what you're talking about. Hallman MBC's perform just fine on ANY boosted car if setup and tuned properly.

Agreed, I should have put a similar disclaimer in my post. Mike, from what I understand, has a very good reputation.
From what it sounds like he is helping him out, which is more than most would do.

yup...sooooo many factors and you are right about mike. Great tuner and not leaving this customer hanging out to dry; that's a good tuner imo.
