Default 409Industries's 04 STi

Video One:
STi in the snow up in Big Bear doing donuts...
http://www.409industries.com/videoho...the%20snow.wmv

I figured i should start a journal since im a mod here and occasionally i do something to my car. I wish i would have started right when i got it though. So heres a breif recap:

Bought my car used with about 14K miles, It already had some STi aftermarket parts, Irvine Subaru hooked me up with all the stock parts as well:

First day at home!

And here we are now. This was taken a few weeks ago after claybarring, Polishing (Meguairs M80), and Waxing (Meguiars Gold Class):

theres many faces to to my STi, i really dont know where to start about my car. I guess some of my favorite stuff is that

1) its wingless
2) cleared headlights
3) debaged except for STi
4) Vishnu 3" catless TBE

In these pics i have my rotas with my "california winter tires" Kumho ASX's (M+S) for driving in the snow when im snowboarding.

rallycross is damn fun:

or just playing in the dirt:

autocross is fun too!

before i had my winterbeaters and Kumho ASX all seasons:

So yeah thats it for now, ill add more stuff as i think of it.

Thanks for the compliments brett, or could you tell by the stealth burton logo on my front passengerside windshield?
i love how it blends into the rest of the tint...

The snow is getting better actually! another storm is in the area right now and we had one last week. I guess you could say its a very very late start to the season. I actually went riding 2 days ago. Once again, really hot on the slopes, but still really fun.

Not a bad idea at all! Thanks Ben.

The Braille Lightweight Racing Battery is significantly lighter over the stock battery, literally 20 lbs. See for yourself.

Whats up Ron, thanks for the props. Money is always short for me, but ive been slowly saving for just some basic plug n play tuning (Cobb AP Stage 2). That should keep me happy for a while.

Im picking up a beater car this week so that should help keep the miles down on the STi.... maybe ill start a seperate members journal for that POS! LOL.

Thanks for the comments guys.
Ive actually received quite a bit of feedback on the slipstreams. People either like it or hate it. I think for the price ($400 w/ tires through a buddy of mine) they couldnt be beat. Theyre pretty chipped up from rallyx and mountain driving but for that price its all good. I wouldnt want to subject my BBS's to that. Still the Rotas in 17's look kinda funny compared to the 15's...

i got my POS last night! OMG its such a beater, its great. ill post pics later.
