Well, after much research and talking to my tuner John@Precision and Rob@CSS, I have decided to get the Tial 50mm BOV. It is being ordered to get the flange for the FMIC kit that is waiting to be sent for powder-coating from CSS Performance. With all things by forward, I should have the whole kit in 2 weeks. My turbo is set to arrive tomorrow from UPS so I will have pics. Hint: The compressor housing is RED!

I have 2 more things to get and I am ready.
- KSTech Real Phenolic Thermal Intake Spacers - 8mm (with new gaskets)
- FP Stainless Oil Feed line? I assume it will work for the Deadbolt'

Here is what i have for the installl:

SZ 49 turbo
JDM TGV's painted red
Prodrive Boost Solenoid
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
ACT Streetlite Clutch and Gruppe-S flywheel
Perrin 3" inlet
PE 850cc Injectors
CSS performance FMIC
Tial 50mm BOV IN BLACK

Hopefully, Rob@CSS will post a little about his FMIC Kit. He is a soon to be vendor on the site.

A little teaser but mine will look a little different and couplers will be black.

Its hard to do a comparison test on a front mount due to it being so hard to replicate real life driving condition on a dyno. I know for a fact that it will take 450 whp all day and love it. We are shooting for breaking 500 wheel as soon as we can find a customer up to the challenge!!

The CSS FMIC does retain the stock bumper beam with some modifications. Therefore the size is limited by this, hence it being able to hold 450whp-500whp.

Smart move on getting the TiAL 50mm BOV. You will LOVE IT! That and Turbosmart are the best on the market!

Did you get the SS oil clutch line and RBF600 for the clutch install?

I know I installed this on your car already!!! KartBoy Front Endlinks (Waiting To be Installed)

Thought of something else - FP SS Oil Feed line for your turbo. Maybe want to change out your spark plugs for a new set when you get tuned? Other than that and the stuff I recommended for the clutch install, looks like your good to go. Just make sure she has a fresh oil change before the tune, and then change the oil AGAIN after the tune.

So just to make sure:

FP SS Oil Feed Line
NGK 1-Step Colder Spark plugs (For the tune)
Oil Change (Before the tune and then after)
SS Clutch Line (If you don't already have it)
Motul RBF600 Brake Fluid (If you don't already have it)

Yes, taken care of Chris thanks. Also I added the spacers and the SS Oil Feed Line. I assume the FP line will work. Also, reading Jerry's notes on turbo break in, he states not to use synthetic oil, so I will be switching for around 1000 miles then switching back to synthetic.

I gotta talk to Jerry and Wolfplayer to see if thats ok to switch from synthetic to reg dino oil and then back again. You have the SS Clutch line and Motul RBF600 fluid for the clutch install? The FP SS Oil line will work fine with the SZ49, it works with my SZ55!
