I finally got the center caps for the wheels and updated Post #74 with some pictures.

I was expecting some small plastic things but these ones are very lightweight metal about the size of Japanese tea cups! I do feel better about spending the extra money for them because the wheels definitely look "finished" with them and there's no chance of them coming loose and popping out during driving. The center caps fit between the hub and the wheel and are held tightly in place.

I'll try to get some new full car shots soon.

I'm using Eagle One Wax-As-U-Dry after every wash and Meguiars NXT Generation Tech Wax every once in a while--mostly because it's so easy to use.

It's been a while since I posted anything in this thread because I haven't done much to the STI. I've just been enjoying the ride. Well, I'm hoping to enjoy it even more now that I've ordered some RCE springs and an AccessPORT 2.0

I should be able to pick up the AP from Rocket Rally this Saturday. The springs will ship later. I'm looking forward to it

In the meantime, I created a photoblog for my STI: The 7-52 Daily Photo and I'm looking for people to send me pictures of their cars so I can feature them on Fridays. Send them my way if you're if you get a chance--I'd love to post them up!

I picked up the Cobb AP yesterday:

While I made sure the battery was fully charged....

...I updated the AP with the latest firmware:

I also bought a couple of extra things so I could mount the AP in the car.

1. universal PDA/cell phone holder
2. retractable USB cable

After successfully flashing Stage 1, I mounted the AP into position:

I also detached the ODBII socket from the dash so that I could keep the USB wires and the AP plugged into the harness and hidden behind the panel. This way I don't have to worry about bumping my leg into it at all.

When I'm parked outside, and the AP is removed it looks like this (and the cable is discreetly on the side):

When I'm driving, the AP is positioned so that the screen is right above my hand. Seeing the live data is cool
