That wing better be at the paintshop, since we don't see pics of a test fit.

Test fit failed. I need to find a WRX. That 202 rep. wing either had wrong hole locations, or the new wing has wrong hole locations; it won't mount to the holes...

I might go to the Prodrive meet/install here pretty soon to borrow someones WRX so I can verify which wing is wrong... My guess is the 202 rep was wrong. I don't know for sure.

That SUCKS! Sorry man. Keep us posted on your findings. How are you going to fill the holes in your newly painted trunk?

Well... the 'good' thing about the holes is that the new wing will cover up the incorrect holes... Still sh***y though :\ I need to find a WRX to get the ball rolling again.

PS I am really liking the painted wingless look right now

Cool, then a couple of rubber plugs will do the trick to keep anything from leaking. I don't give a tinker's damn what you think of that wingless trunk. S204 wing or BAN!

EDIT: But if you really don't want it anymore, I call dibs.

No I REALLY want it, I just got a bit discouraged when it didn't fit. It WILL go on there.

Damn, that sucks. Too bad the timing for the 204 wing was basically like days after you drilled your CF trunk

Went out to Lake Havasu over the weekend:

Middle of nowhere...

Gotta love desert storms.

My bad side...

There's a flag up there somewhere.

Nice shots Garry!

Did you plug those holes in the lid for the trip?

no I didn't plug the holes for the trip. Infact, it has been through three car washes with the holes exposed

The wing is heading to the paint shop today after work. F the holes; it is what it is, and I know how to use a drill... New meaning to lightweight: drilling m'er f'in holes.
