Alright. Front right clunk should be gone. I was able to tighten the top strut/tophat bolt about a turn or so. Testing it out in a few minutes.

Just before I was going to take a trip to Sears, I used a ratchet while watching the allen bolt/shaft. The shaft didn't move at all while tightening. I didn't have to go to Sears

Clunk is officially gone.

I should get a better review of the suspension this weekend.

Yep... I was quite surpised.

Like you said, it was hardly ANY play, but it was enough to bang around while driving.

Ya, the top has to be completely snug or else it makes sounds like your wheel is falling off
