Thanks to STi-JDM aka William @ Speed Architech), he came back and has my Lotek Gauge pod and passenger A-pillar all wrapped in CF. Here are some pics. The setup on the gauges will be this: The lower slot (you can see it being smaller than the upper two) will be for the AEM Wideband since its a 52mm. Lotek was kind enough to drill the upper two slots in 60mm for the Defi EGT gauge that will be in the middle slot, and the Defi Boost gauge that will be in the top slot. The Defi's will be the Imperial Amber, should be nice. So again like always, enjoy the pics William sent me of my setup that just got wrapped!!!

In preparation of the Lotek CF gauge pod coming in...I pulled the trigger on the Defi Imperial Boost Gauge and the Link.....still gotta research the EGT and how the install on that goes....anyone (Do you need to take the headers off or, cyl to tape into 4th or 3rd??? This will be the begining of the DEFI INVASION! Trust me....there will be more coming!

You need to take off the drivers side portion and have it tapped. Taking it off isnt hard at all, just remove the heatshield, then its 5 bolts for the drivers side exhaust manifold.

I believe you tap into 3rd.

So your looking into what...30min job? All I would need is the correct sized drill bit...some of that stuff to put on the threads of the sensor and the gasket for the exhaust manifold? Czr, the boost gauge is mad easy to install right? I already have one from the factory in.

Should be the gasket for the cylinder head side, the crossiver pipe side, the drill bit for the probe, and the tap to make the threads for the probe.

yo chris, i have the pieces needed to tap to EGT, i did mine.
you tap the button on the driver side manifold which comes off from the crossover pipe and block.

you need an air gun drill or you won't be able to do jack ****.

it's easy.

and boost is mad simple lol.

Billy, think for our next install meet, I could get my EGT installed? I didn't order it, I was thinking maybe getting the Oil Pressure and doing the EGT later and putting that in the center pod. If you have all the tools and the know how, all I would need to bring would be the gauge w/install kit, gaskets, and anything else? So I need the exhaust manifold gasket, and the cross-pipe gasket? Model numbers.

yes, i do recommend new gaskets i'm actually replacing my dp, crossover and manifold gaskets tomorrrow.

i'll get you the part numbers later, i had to order the crossover gasket and i actually broke one of the bolts coming out of the crossover to manifold...it was uber tight and the nut didn't come off right so i let it break.
i had to order a new one of those too.

anyway, yea i have everything you need..the air gun, the drill bit and the tap + some sealant so we have no leaks.
i don't have a huge drill bit though to make a hole in the heat shield, i just threw mine out.

no retard the heat shield on the exhaust manifold.

it just covers the drivers side manifold.
