Yah yah. Well as Steve said, it was my first night ever at a 1/4 mile track. I messed up in the second run. I really don't ever launch the car, but tonite was the first time I really hit it hard ever since I bought the car. So yah, I need more practice, but hey, I did pretty well other than the second run. Here are the 3 runs I had tonite. Btw, the second run, I bogged at the launch and was like OH $HIT, WTF, and then I was like crap, messed up on the 1-2 shift....I was so pissed, thats why I got there at 15.26. Ok, here are the times for the 3 runs:

1st Run Ever in my Life!
R/T: .342
60': 2.181 (ugh)
1/4: 13.936
MPH: 99.44

2nd Run (Crapola!)
R/T:.449
60': 2.020
1/4: 15.263
MPH: 92.15

3rd Run (FINALLY!)
R/T: .575 (CRAP!)
60': 1.828
1/4: 13.520
MPH: 100.13

**Edit: On the 3rd run, I didn't launch when the lights dropped to the green, as you can see, I waited for a split second or so when I was actually ready to launch the car, to see how good I could do it without the pressure from the Tree.

There you guys go, I know laugh about it, but it was the first timer....so hopefully I will get better as I practice more!

Nice journal.. Keep up the good work.

Please don't flame me too hard.. I can take some, I have tough skin. I have a real dumb question.. Seeing as this is my first Subaru and I'm new to the whole community, I noticed you had said that you didn't have a downpipe at first with the 3" exhaust, will a 3" bolt up to the stock downpipe, or is there a flange? My 3" downpipe on my GSX I used to have required a flange while I waited for the 3" exhaust to come in. I guess I could search, but it appears thats the setup you are running.

Awesome car though.

Thanks for the comments. When I bolted up the Invidia G200 to the stock dp, I forgot to have myself informed that there is this donut gasket, Caesar let me know that you got to remove the donut gasket thats on the dp inorder for my Invidia G200 catback to mate up and bolt up all perfectly. Its a ring looking gasket thats pretty easy to take out on my car with low miles. I did a friend's car, and he had more miles than mine, and I had to chisel it out and then pop it off....since the gasket somewhat "backed" and hardened, where mine was still soft and easily removed. You should be fine hooking up a catback to the stock dp, it may/will require you to take that donut gasket off. And most if not all CBE provide the new gaskets when you mate it up the dp.

Yah, SMC Kit (Meth Injection) is on my list for the tune. Going to have a tune without Meth, and then a tune with Meth. Just incase I am driving around and the Meth runs low and I have no means of getting any, I can switch it out to the non-meth kit. Can't wait to get the rest of the goodies....ahhhh and next week, I order more crapola!

Ahhh, that was a great sleeping!!! Well I went to SEMA yesterday, it was awesome. MacSTi (Stephen) and my g/f (thanks so much for putting up with all the car crap!) came too. It was great, nice setup. I met up with Adam from Z1Auto...great guy, very friendly in person as well. I picked up my Cusco Oil Catch Can from him, he brought it to the show just for me!!! His 350z is sick looking...really done up nicely and clean...great job Adam!! I also met the guys from Fizz, great bunch of guys who know their stuff...one STi had a rear diff cooler hanging off the rear bumper to the right.....really sick. Saw some goodies that this one STi had, they are going to hook me up with it and maybe.....later....this other part....you will see in time!! Also, met the guys from HALO Automotive. Bought their 7500k Plasma High Beam Bulbs...really nice quality. They aren't brighter than stock, but they look nice, and give a nice blue'ish beam, that matches the HID's. I got picks, I will post them later today. Also, I installed a new set of parking lights from AutoLumination.com....my previous set was crappy, and one blew out...so I got the 194's that are on top of the page. ALSO..loool, I recieved Cobb SS Brake Lines, and Cobb SS Heatshield from Cobb the other day....great stuff, will post pics on that as well later today. Just waiting for the custom DP, and I will be set for a nice install day. Stay tuned!!

Ok, here are some pics that I took of the goodies I recently got!

Cusco Oil Catch Can:

These are pics of the Halo 7500k Plasma High Beam Lights. As you can see, looking at the pic, the left side is the stock High Beam bulb with the 5 led parking lights. On the right is the Halo 7500k Plasma High Beam bulb with the newer parking light bulb from Autolumination.com (my previous parking light, 194's, blew, so I got these cause they are fully encased rather than the other design of a 5 LED disk being soldered on there).

Here are the bulbs in the casing they come in:

Here is the Cobb SS Heat Shield:

And finally Cobb SS Brake Lines:

And as always, more to come next week lool!
