Update on the STi:

I got the Cobb AP Ver2 installed in the STi. I sent Doug at TopSpeed my Baseline Map, 93 Protune Realtime Pump Map, and my Meth Injection Protune Realtime Map. After a FULL week, I haven't got any e-mails back for my converted maps. I called Cobb up and they said that only the tuner can convert my maps from Ver1 to the Ver2 software. I have called every freaking day leaving my name and phone # with Tray, and never got any calls back or my maps. Well I just left yet another message with their secretary, hopefully I will get a call back or e-mail with my converted maps. This sucks, I have to depend on a tuner to convert my maps over, seems that they are "busy" getting ready for a Time Attack session. Honestly, how long does it take to covert from Ver1 to Ver2? I hate calling and calling people for something that should be so simple. Updates to report later on in here.

Sorry to hear about your AP map issues Chris...eventually it will be resolved but, not on your watch. I can't wait till i get 1k on my ride...then i'll need your hook up on the AP v2 stage 1.

I got you covered!!! Yah I am giving them another 10 mins, thats 1 hour after I called them. I will ask again nicely for my maps to be converted. If they say sure, and I don't hear anything, or an email within the hour, I will call again, then again. Honestly, I am not some punk "kid", hell I am 25 already. I am not spoiled and want things now now now, its the matter of the point that I e-mailed them last Thursday, gave a nice call on Friday afternoon just wondering if they got it. Got the response that they do have the email and will get right to it. Call on Monday afternoon with the response of we will get to it and they ask for my info agian. Call on Tuesday to find out they are working on their Time Attack car and its no excuse to not convert the maps for me, and they will have it done hopefully soon. I asked them to please call me back no matter what yesterday because they never have, they said sure not a problem. Never got the call, so I call again today and nicely ask a status. I hate this, when something comes in at work here, I get it done and out of the away. We shall see where this goes.

Well just got off the phone with Tray at Topspeed, seems like they have been really busy tuning cars from all over the place. He will make the effort to get Scott Siegel to change the maps for me first thing he does when he comes in. Lets hope something happens, I just would like my maps changed thats all, nothing more. I hate beiny "annoying" but it gets to me when a vendor says something and makes a "promise" to call you back and never does yah know? I know Topspeed will pull through here.....

i hate when people ask how much you spent to. i mean you can't hide it it's over a certain amount after awhile...but it's why i never post a mod list

i think people woudl be surprised to see my FULL mod list

Yah I just post a mod list to keep track of what I have to install, and whats "Coming in". One time I didn't do that, and all of a sudden UPS came for like 3 days in a row. My rents were like, wtf more car parts...I was like I don't think so, I don't remember any more coming in, boom whoopps, oh yah that one too....yup this one as well. Tray just called me back, he said Scott is gonna do the conversion and it shouldn't take long at all and will e-mail me them today!! Finally, soo happy!

Nice to hear that they finally returned your call with an update...they should be able to understand your frustrations...it's part of their job. They should work on their response time for paying customers. The hard part now is, it's another waiting game...good luck Chris.

. This is my friend's 1932 Ford (Street Rod) with a 350 motor, drag trans, posi rear, Wilwood brakes, and sport suspension. Him and his dad built the car together. Enjoy, more to come later!!!

The front bumper is made by Ings+1, however I do have some minor plans for the front bumper that is also made by Ings+1

. If I had the APR front splitter, I would tear that off in no time, way too low!
