^Thanks Bill.

Here are some pics at the shop of my 2002 WRX.....Kiwi is still finishing up the work and checking everything else out. The full works!

It does have a K&N Cold Air Intake. Gonna have to check the filter to see if it needs to be cleaned, most likely yes. The interior is in great condition! The seats, wow, def hold you much better than any standard STi seat, and they feel great, my back was loving it. You were right T3H_Clap.

Got the tires in the rear for the Camaro replaced by Falken RT-615's. Had those laying around the garage. Thanks to Ian for the work. Changed the oil to Royal Purple, and had an alignment, wayyyyy positive toe on the front right on the Camaro caused really really bad wear on the old tires. Thank God thats all fixed now. I will take some pics of the new part that came in the other day for the STi, and later next week more pics of the WRX.

looks pretty good, i assume the timing covers and all will be back on it before you drive it

now find some prodrive P1s in 17x7. They are pretty cheap now and super strong.

Yes the timing covers and all will be back on the car. Kiwi Ian was in the process of working on the car while I was finishing up the oil change on the Camaro.

Prodrive P1's ahhaha, I will rock the stockers until they need to be replaced and then get some nice rims/tires for her. Trying not to blow money on her yet.....the stock rims and the tires on there are good for now! Its a step up from the Camaro.

Want my old downpipe? I'm not sure if it would make any gains, but if you want it, its yours.

Thanks guys....hmmmm I have my old dp. Don't know if it will really improve anything, I know the stock STi up-pipe does. I can't wait till I get a FMIC, so the STi TMIC will go on the WRX.

Update:

Alright, time to tell you guys/gals with the latest news on my car.

I ordered a Seibon CF Vortex Generator from Gruppe-S on November 15th, 2007. I finally, recieved it on December 6th, 2007. The reason for the extremely long wait was, that by what Gruppe-S told me is that Seibon was late on sending their order to Gruppe-S. They finally recieved their order, but they had every Seibon part they ordered execpt the CF Vortex Generator. For some reason, they didn't ship that out, hard to believe, but I will let it go as just that. Finally, they sent the order to Gruppe-S, and after many many phone calls to Gruppe-S, they finally told me it was already shipped and on its way. I ask for the tracking info and got it, now I can finally track it and see when it comes in.

Well I know carbon fiber has it's flaws, the piece was in pretty good condition, some weave flaws here and there, and some "scuff" marks and one crack. Whatever, I waited so long for it to come, I just wanted it on my car. Knowing that this is made for my car, I got it ready and went to put it on my car. Well what do you know, it doesn't fit correctly at all. It is designed to have a lip on the sides to "wrap" it's self around the back of the roof, well it works on one side, but its about almost 1/2" too short. Therefore it wasn't going to work at all. I was PISSED. I waited soooo freaking long, many phone calls, and now the damn thing doesn't even fit! There was NO way it would fit, trust me. Called Gruppe-S last Friday, Kyong was very nice and told me to send in pics of the fittment and the quality of the piece, and he will work with Seibon on getting me a replacement. I am expecting a call today from there to hear whats the game plan. I really hope this all works out, it actually looks very nice on the car when I was just laying it on the roof to get an idea on how it will look. I guess we will see how this goes, and I will update you on what happens.

As far as the WRX, its almost ready, Kiwi still has some things to do to her, and I already started to pay for her. It will be nice to have a car that I can drive everywhere that hasn't been made in the '80s ahhaha. Nothing else is new otherwise. Still working on getting the supporting mods for the SZ55. We shall see what Christmas brings me, and then go from there.

Sucks ..I won't say I told you so, but there is a reason we don't sell Seibon stuff anymore. We've been disappointed by fit and finish more than we've been impressed, and considering their stuff is not cheap relatively speaking in cost, we felt it's not worth carrying. Hopefully it works out for you

Yah I hope it works out as well, they better work something out!!!! I did pay for this on my credit card. Hows the Chargespeed? Billy got one of the Chargespeed CF Vortex Generators, it was flawless, but mad money. I will see how this goes.

That stinks Chris, hope you get it sorted out soon. I gotta say, my last 2 experiences with Gruppe-S have not been good......I hope this is not the end of the good customer service from Gruppe-S, I "heard" they are under new ownership now.

i will NEVER by another seibon ANYTHING after my experience with their trunk lid. it cost $200.00 in shipping to get it out here and it doesn't fit and no monkeying around with it will make it fit. nick at rallysportdirect only had slightly better luck reaching them than we did. they don't return phone calls. finally after months go by, we get instructions to just destroy it and send them pics of the carnage to save themselves shipping. little ricky cut it in half. we posted the pics of the destruction. what a bunch of asswipes.

Thanks guys. Yah Gruppe-S was pretty good back in the day when I bought the SMC Meth Injection kit, this experience hasn't been that great as expected. I am still giving them a chance. I am going to call them up today and see whats the "deal". If nothing is going to statisfy my goal, then I will demand a full refund and just source out a Chargespeed CF Vortex Generator.

Thanks Bruce, the WRX will be sweet to dd around town/city/highways. Better than the leaky '86 Camaro.
