IWSTI Addict since: Oct 2007 Trader Rating: (1) | sounds good man, your car is AWESOME as is.... but like i said, it could be really cool and flow well w/ ur car to remove the seats, rock the bulkhead and get an x-brace..... i am very resistant to letting people in the back seat, but sometimes it happens ... when i'm done w/ my turbo and after some suspension goodies, i may remove the rear interior, do the bulkhead and get an xbrace... the bulkhead could be a cool canvas for some artistry or serves as a board for all the product stickers from various companies |

IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2005 Trader Rating: (30) | ^I am def considering it, did you ever find the pick with the S204 rear damper and the Spec-C 12L tank?! Fab'ing up bracked wouldn't be a problem, but it would be awesome to know that they work together. |

IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2005 Trader Rating: (30) | Well nothing too much going on here. Just enjoying the WRX with STG2, its much better than it ever was with STG1. The Motul is working great in the tranny and rear diff. I may just switch to it in the STi! The STi is still sitting in the garage. I installed the C-pillar brace after painting it to match the roll cage. I will take some pics during lunch break aslong as its not raining out. Sometime next week or the following week, I plan on ordering a part for the turbo install. I know I will def order the T-bolt clamps for the APS DR725 FMIC. I will prob order either the DW 850cc Injectors or the Okada Plasma Coil Packs. I also found that Okada makes a spark plug boot (socket). I believe I will add that to the list that I currently need for the turbo install: -DW 850cc Injectors -Full-Race Header with coating -Full-Race Up-pipe with TiAL 44mm EWG -Okada Plasma Coil Packs -Okada Plasma Spark (spark plug boot) Thats all for now...just paying the bills and working. I do know after the turbo is installed and the car is tuned. I will attack the exterior to finish that up, and work with the interior and rims. |

IWSTI Addict since: Jun 2005 Trader Rating: (30) | Here are some pics, I would have taken way nicer ones outside, but it was downpouring, so these crappy ones will have to do. ![]() ![]() ![]() And here are pics of the Megan Racing C-Pillar brace. I went a lil overboard with the custom stuff. I just wanted it to match the roll cage, so I primed it, painted the bar. I even went ahead and painted the mounting brackets. Prob almost spent half of what I paid on the bar, but it does look nice in the car. Also, the bolts are actually long enough to get the brace on there really tight and sturdy. Will it do anything? Prob barely anything, but I will def say, it has to aid with the rear window rattle. I will drive the car once its nice out! ![]() ![]() |
