Looks like all good choices Chris, only thing I would be "maybe" about is the 725.....that thing is BIG!
I am running the 12lb spring currently in my Tial BOV, but will be switching to the 11lb that is sitting in my garage....seems like when I let off partially when in boost only on the highway I get a bit of compressor surge. When I let off all the way it dumps fine, weird. From what I hear the 11lb spring and will cure this.
The Tial Waste gate spring is the 18-1/2lb, this seems to be perfect for the amount of boost I am making (26-27lbs).

So far, after researching and looking up other setups and results, this is whats on my list to buy for my tune that will prob happen in July or August:

-PE 850cc Injectors
-APS DR 725 FMIC (Black with the APS Logo on the front)
-APS Headers (Jet Hot Coated along with the Up-pipe, and heat shielded)
-APS Fuel Rail System (Don't like how the rubber Fuel line is snug under the intake manifold)
-APS 70mm CAI
-Tial BOV (Red) 11 Psi Spring?
-Tial 44mm Wastegate (Red) 8 Psi or 10 Psi Spring?
-JDM TGV's (ported)
-Blitz SBC-ID3 Boost Controller
-SUN Cyber Speed Voltage System (JDM Bling)
-SUN Hyper Force Ignition System (JDM Bling)
-Koyo Radiator (Not needed before tune)
-Cusco Engine/Tranny Mounts (Not needed before tune)

I think thats about it really, other than a tune for Meth and w/o Meth. I will prob buy NGK 1-Step colder plugs again (to make sure its all fresh for the tune). Now, I just need to get AWESOME pricing on these things, and start to order some.....that will begin by this week or begining of next week.

Ok here is how she was before I worked on her

After some work (not the full job as I was tooo tired to do everything I normally do).

TOOLS!!! Apparently Harbor Frieght is down in Bricktown...which isn't far from my house really.....so I went there, and just went bananas on some tools I have been needing....now all I need is a power invertor for the car so I can use these at the track if they don't have any outlets...anyone know of any good power invertors?

(2 gallon air compressor, 1/2" Impact Gun *for taking/putting lugs on*, Mini Fuse set, another 18v battery for the light I have, 1/2" Deep Sockets (Metric) for the Impact Gun).

Winter + salt is the best isn't it

I'd love to wash my car, but for the fact that it's been below 20 degrees for over a week, and I don't want the damn doors to freeze shut

Ahh that's convenient

I park outside, so even if I get it washed, I'm afraid the wet door seals will freeze

Youve got a website or address to the place you went to buy the tools?

You should be fined for letting it get that dirty.....
