Got a Care Package from Gruppe-S for all the crap I have been through for the stupid Seibon CF Vortex Generator. They contacted Seibon and the owner said they shipped a new one out last Friday, I still didn't get it. Eddy from Gruppe-S has been very helpful and informative on whats happening. He told me that it should come sometime next Wednesday due to the Holidays. I will update my journal when I recieve the piece and test fit to make sure the new one fits. Here is a pic of the stuff Eddy sent me from Gruppe-S (Care Package). Too bad I am a medium and most of the shirts are XL-XXL . Maybe I can shrink them in the wash.

Sooo...you need Teins, Exedy and Koyo and you can officially say you own them....HAHA nice care package....I am jealous...I WANT THE TEIN FLAG!!!!

Ahhahaha, well it was the least they could do, no I didn't expect anything from Gruppe-S. It was just the promises I got from their employees and they were never delievered, that is what pisses me off. I am just waiting to see when the new piece comes, and if it fits!

Well thanks to Al and Bruce for asking me to join them, I subscribed to be on the Pinks All Out at Englishtown. I really don't care if I win, just to be on the TV show would be sweet. You have to subscribe to their Yahoo Group now, and then they will e-mail you the form to fill out to be able to get on the show. I will update to let everyone know the status. Just being there to see Bruce run his car would be worth it, especially all the muscle car people drop their jaws when he passes them.

Update on the Seibon Carbon Fiber Vortex Generator ordered since Nov 15, 2007.

They told me by Wednesday, possibley Thursday that it would arrive. I still haven't recieved anything from them. No package, nothing! I asked for a tracking number from Eddy, he said he would try Seibon later to get it, but never heard back or anything, just the word of it most likely coming in this past Wednesday. Not happy at all, if it doesn't come in today, I am seriously going to be pissed.

On a happier note:

My credit cards are basically down to only $230.00!!!!!! By the end of Jan, I will have money saved up, plus extra money for the turbo setup (Thank God for 3 paychecks this month!), and also $0 on the credit cards. Dunno what parts to order first or from where, any ideas!??

For the turbo install, this is my list so far that I need to get parts for.

save your money on the "coils"...not worth it at all IMHO. If you are really concerned you could fit the HKS DLI, but even with your turbo being relatively small, I wouldn't bother with that either unless you just want extra stuff

all the rest we can certainly assist with (Blitz, APS, etc)

Update on Gruppe-S and the Seibon CF Vortex Generator:

Called them, was put on hold, 10 mins later, the guy says there is nothing else he can really do other than contact Seibon for a tracking number. I talk to Max, Management, he tells me he remembers last week that he was working on getting me a tracking number from Seibon, since they shipped it already. Well, they didn't have it then, and he didn't call them back since he came back into work TODAY. Well heres a thing, if your "head" of management or in management, wouldn't it make sense to MANAGE your people to work on something you had, but since you won't be in work till FRIDAY, have someone who will be in to get the tracking info for an already UPSET customer (soon to be ex-customer). The way they handle things is really upsetting. Considering when I ordered my SMC Meth Injection kit year or so ago, I had 0 problems. Now with this stupid cosmetic part, I am having headaches calling them every freaking week and I feel I am babysitting them. Unacceptable period! I already have a bunch of friends who are not going to order from them because of this. I hate to talk like this about a company, but its the truth. They already took my money on Nov 15th, I had to ship the part that never fit/damaged, now I have NOTHING, and they still have money, I don't think thats fair at all. I am supose to get a phone call back from them today, we will see where this goes...............
