A frothy brown mix (aka, splooge) is fairly common - there is usually some condensation mixed in with the oil. That's a typical by-product of high boost blowby, and I've seen it in a lot of catch-cans, especially on cars that have recently been tracked. What you want to watch for is a sudden increase in volume...that is usually a good indication the motor is starting to check out.

ive filled up my catch like twice, something is not right

If you filled it up twice in a short period of time (normal driving), that's not good news. Stop guessing and run a leakdown test.
