I've been wanting to clear the headlights for the longest time, but I'm just a wuss when I think about baking them in the oven. I'm really thinking about spending my money and dump it on a retrofit from Ceasar but right now, i want to get my car protuned first. Maybe one day, I'll have the courage to clear out the headlights (maybe next week now that I think about it).

If you are afraid to do the headlights you can bring them over to my house this week and I can give you a hand. I did mine and it was super easy.

Well I just received part 2 of my exterior change so here is a quick snapshot.

-WRX Sideskirts: I bought this from a member here (JKonquer) and it came with jdm style front mudguards. I thought I was going to like the look of the sideskirts with the mudguards but it just stuck out and eventually I didn't like the look of it so in the end I took it off. I like it much better now. The WRX sideskirts gives a better balance look-wise with the rest of the car and plus I dont have to see those hideous underpanel that the stock STI sideskirts had when you look under the car or from a distance. Here is a quick snapshot...my car is dirty =(

Looking good! I like the look of the WRX side skirts as well. Were they pretty simple to swap? Just a couple screws?

Part 3 of exterior change:

I was finally able to clean the car yesterday and install the JDM Spats. I am now currently gutting out my front grill to go pillarless. I'm waiting for the weather to get a little more warmer to install/paint the remaining things I have left to install on my car.

Here is a pic of it. My camera ran out of battery and I was only able to snap 1 pic and I can't find my charger. I guess I'll snap more pics when I finish the pillarless mod.

Ok I spent all weekend hacking up my front grill and repainting it based on the DIY on the forum and I'm pleased that it's finally finished. Took forever, well a while, to rip off the pillar without hurting the whole grill. After hacking the pillar off, I sanded it down and then sprayed it with two coats of leftover black spray paint I found in the garage and then two coats clear coat. Overall, a nice exterior mod that's free

Pics:
-I put a smiley face on here because Dan (boostjunkie) is gonna yell at me for not clearing out my headlights yet I will clear the headlights when I get some free time next weekend!
