Bled my brakes and reinstalled my rear subframe lockbolts yesterday.

Car is currently getting aligned and having new 070's put on.

I was at the batting cages last night, and got 4 blusters on my hand, so no wrenching today. I'll have to live without the new WL 27-29mm front sway for a little longer.

But- I'm ready for a track day now!

OK, I've done some thinking and I'm going to do a VF48 to replace my cracked VF34. I just don't want to spend the cash to go rotated right now.

Plus, after a few engine scares, I've found I am too afraid to beat her too much. But, I have passed compression, leakdown and oil analysis tests. My engine is nice and healthy for all the abuse I've put her through.

Plus, since I am saving some cash, I can happily run 100 octane regularly.

So, here's what I am getting, let me know what you guys think:
VF48
Samco Inlet
Samco AftaMaf?
DW 850 Injectors
Fuel Pump
TGVs (worth the hassle?)
UP
3mm phenolic spacers
Race Pipe/Mid Pipe (Get rid of my catted mid pipe)
engine pulley (worth it?)
screw clamps on all connections
Jorge tune

I already have P&P'd headers and a x-pipe.

Comments?

i wouldn't do the TGV removal if you plan on driving in the winter.

and I wouldn't do an engine pulley unless it was dampened.

the rest sounds pretty damn good.

you could do all of that, but instead of doing the samco inlet and intake get a rotated uppipe and rotate mount the VF48.

I don't know.

it's worth looking into though.

I'm starting to think my VF is cracked as well.
