I think the package came from Texas IIRC. The COs were made in Europe (sweden?), but assembled in Japan.

With a name like Ohlins I would have thought Germany, but WTF all the directions are Japanese

Man I wouldn't even know where to start with those things, complicated looking merfers. Looks awesome though. Is it just me or are the fronts a lot shorter than stock?

Also, just to clarify: you're missing the rear strut top nuts, right? I'm kind of surprised there is no camber adjustment plate in the rear... Hey look, you have camber adjustment in front like my plates now

According to the pictures, no rear camber plates (though I'm sure with a camber bolt he'll get plenty since these should give him more inboard clearance with the strut).

I don't think it is a stupid question, either (hell, I'm surprised they don't have rear plates at that cost, just for the added flexibility).

I'm missing two sets of three parts:
Nut with sleeve
Pillow ball mount (I was sent the sportline mounts)
non-rotation bar (keeps the reservoirs pointed out)

At least I hope that is all I am missing.

The directions show rear plates, so I wonder if it was a late decision to not go with them.

Well, I put them on today. Took WAY too freaking long but I got them on.

I used rain's ride height, for what i could gather from his picts, and she is SLAMMED. Scraped something on the way out of my driveway. No rubbing yet, but I have not really push her in a corner. Picts will come. But I's tired.

On a nice note, the X-Brace does not need to be removed or touched when installing new COs. One problem did occur when the adjuster setup could fit through the x-brace top. I had to take the CO's back out, put the adjuster on, then reinstall.

I would just like to say that the install would have taken 2-3 less house if my rear camber bolts believed in coming out. Plus, my ginormous impact wrench does not fit in the rear, so I did that ALL BY HAND. That was a blast, let me tell you.

Suspension work has caused me lots of irreversable physical damage. Tough stuff fo sho!

Soon, the pain will subside and you will forget the hassle.

They are from Sweden I believe, the directions are in Japanese cause thats where they think they are going It's probably because Yamaha owns them.

Ben, I don't get it, you have (had) two x-braces? One installed, and the other was in a box which you sold to boony?

No pictures?

What finally happened with the rear, do you have camber plates or not?

I got the correct pillow ball mounts for the rear. Ohlins did a good job getting to them to me in a hurry!

What ride height are you at? I don't know what RainMaker had them set at.

I need to measure. Right now I am a bit less than 3 finger up front and 2 in the rear.

Ordering a caliper so I can do some better measuring in the corners.
