Oh jeez, you really gave her the mod bug. You're in for it now.

Nice pile you have there . I think the wheels would look better if they were on your car, but that's just me. They look great as ping pong table decorations, don't get me wrong.

In all seriousness, I can't wait for you to get home and try out the wheels and tires. I know I told you this a hundred times, but you're going to be blown away . Losing 28 pounds of rotating / unpsprung weight is no joke! That, and those tires are rediculously sticky. You will be very pleased .

And I almost forgot...you got the best swaybars for the STI too! You'll be blown away by them as well. I'm not sure how you're going to handle yourself when you get home though. Putting all that stuff on in one day will totally transform the car and I don't know if you will be able to take it...your head might explode .

Good luck!

I know, I am so excited! Those wheels definitely need to get off my ping-pong table and on my car ASAP. I should have them on in less than 3 weeks. I don't think I am going to be able to control myself. Let's just hope I don't get another speeding ticket.

Okay, I finally have a few minutes to write a few comments.

First off, let me thank Sebastian, Rob, and Jake. They helped me for 13+ hours. Without those guys I would have had to pay to have everything installed.

Okay, now my reaction. THE CAR IS AWESOME!! (Keep in mind I still have my Blizzak snow tires on). The suspension is great. Its firm but not to harsh and the micro-bounce is gone. The drop with the GF210’s + RCE camber plates (1.375” in front) looks perfect. I took a quick measurement and the front is 14” from the center of the wheel to the fender. It’s a drop less than 14” in the rear.

The RCE camber plates are sooo sweet. They look awesome and work even better. We eye balled the alignment for now to what we think is -1.5 degrees.

The Hotchkis sway bars made a huge difference. The handling is drastically improved and the cornering is FLAT. I could detect zero body roll (at least at sane speeds on the street).

The Cobb SS brake lines + The Brake Man fluid + The Brake Man #9 high performance street pads (front only) are also great. The pedal is definitively firmer but I haven’t really had the chance to test out the stopping power partially due to the lack of grip with the Blizzak’s and partially because I am still bedding in the pads.

Here are some pictures I took when I was at work and a couple from the install day...
