i'm upset because that car means so much to me, so one small thing wrong kills me...even if it's like an LED not lighting
another note is that i'm just about ready for turbo swap and this delays it even more...and the fact i have no money right now.

right frame of mind bro. it sux, but you gotta look at the bright side of things. i take the old man philosophy, life is too short to get all strung up on things that can fixed and aren't that big a deal really. was it icy out or something? if you were goin slow how does the rear slide out?

it had sleeted a few hours before + rain.

my tires in on cold ground do not hold up well..so i can easily have the rear end slide out from under me.

Oh man, I am feeling it hard. Very seldom I am able to use all that my STi has inside her but when I do, makes me realize that I have no business bringin' more of the beast out. These cars can freak on you snap! Then your like oh poo! Then comes the REALLY EXPENSIVE!!!!

Good luck to all of those bushin' the beast. Better get some drivin' skills. These things are totally evil!!!!

I would imagine a few hundred dollars. Thats the crappy part about looking so good from the factory. When I was modding DSMs we could just pop on the parts trader and usually get a bumper cover for like 50-100 bucks. No one wants to part with the stock look on these cars

Sorry to hear that man. A quick fix is what's needed to get over it. I can see why it happened, especially with the OEM tires. Just pulling of Honda dealership yesterday during the sleet and snow, I gave it some gas, and felt the back end starting to slide. I recently put my stock rims and tires back on, and man, these htings are god awful on cold wet roads. Temp was only a few degrees above freezing here in PA, and I really had to take it easy on the way to and from dealership. You live and learn, and get better at driving with age. Altough the getting older part sucks ass.
