| NIИja | Damn. The fourth motor in that car! You'd think it already has been racing full-time for four years! Once again, I admire your patience. This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2003 Trader Rating: (1) | i want to say thanks to phil. his eagle eye caught the oil pressure issue, although it clearly had no impact on the motor. phil is extending every courtesy possible and is being very generous at every turn. he's an incredible sponsor who has wanted to see this project fly from the very beginning. he's got a lot of himself invested in it and i am forever grateful. |

- the oem (shortblock still sitting at little ricky's) - the bobblehead (rip) - the "big bore" (rip) 4th's a charm. (the 5th (the first) will be on standby (isfh) there's definately something wrong with me. | |

| A.X.D. | when everything is in and working the way it should, tri-state meet is in order and you will be at the center of it. or maybe just another "outback meet" in which we can force steve (eatV8) to come back for. |

| S204 Racer | Bruce, when you say "stock block", do you mean a fresh bare block, into which Phil is going to insert upgraded and all forged parts? I gotta assume that is the case, so if this comes off as a stupid question, mea culpa. |

| Amateur STI Driver | Don't know how to eloquently express my continued support and best wishes. Hopefully this is your last summitt with this build and it's all downhill from here. Good luck. Mike |

| Grassroots STI Racer | Dang this isn't the best news but I guess you had no control over some malicious worker's agenda. I mentioned before any more sad news would warrant the "sad trombone" so without further ado I give you the "sad trombone" link: Now back to a more serious and pressing question... with some luck you think you'll be up and running to catch the very end of the season? |

IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2003 Trader Rating: (1) | thanks everyone. i expect to be up and running long before the end of the season. for the record, it is impossible to tell with any certainty whether this was a matter of sloppiness or deliberate. at this point it doesn't matter. |

IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2003 Trader Rating: (1) | correct; we are starting from scratch with a fresh oem block and crank. every other internal will be upgraded aftermarket components. if the "cobb" rods measure to phil's specs and are ok, we will re-use them. everything else is junk.
