Saw your car yesterday when I was getting tuned by phil - the "blackout" sure looks different lol, I had to take a double-take, I thought you had your hood done in swede.

Amazing project though, hopefully some day, you'll have your car back in a consistently usable state

Yeah! One for each cylinder and then one for good luck!

What a smart idea...

not really. the motor was sponsored by cobb but i paid for the motor it replaced and i'm paying for the rebuild. other sponsors have either contributed relatively inexpensive parts or offered discounts on major parts/services. nick at rallysportdirect in particular has helped immensely with far too many areas of the project to even mention them all, inside and outside the car. i made many upgrades and additions that i probably wouldn't have made without him; not to mention myles, phil...i have been truly blessed. if going through hardship flushes out your friends, that is worth more than the hardship costs.

in the end, i have many tens of thousands of money invested. as i mentioned in my "how to get sponsorship" thread, getting sponsorship help only encourages you to spend more of your own money. definately not less.
