Already posted in the other thread Bruce. I am very sorry you are having problems with oil consumption.

What the hell Crawford? This is how your treat your customers? By posting their destroyed engines on your website and start blaming them for everything? What's up with that? I would be furious if that had happened to me (not that Bruce isn't...) .

Crawford, this is what your get from me:

I did read the entire thread, Infact there are about 10-20 "we" references on this build. Perhaps you missed that.

we used the element time attack car's map as a base map until phil grabow did a road tune after breakin at 4,000 miles. it will be dyno tuned with wi/alcohol/c16+nitromethane injection spring '06.

You must not have read very well. Yes he uses the word we, but it is what follows after the word we.

Wow, what a load of crap. I was planning to go with a Crawford block in my future big turbo project but now I will never support a company that operates in such an unprofessional manner. I guess Quirt Crawford doesn't get that it's worth it to bite the bullet, admit he made a mistake, and pay the price for it, rather than losing countless thousands of dollars in future business. What a joke.

Wow, what a disappointment Bruce. I never though someone like Crawford would do something like this, but.... Definitely a big strike out for Crawford from Subaru Community.

Holy sheeite's Batman...

Any chance you mic'd the pistons and bores to get the exact difference on them? I'd be interested in knowing how many 10 thosands it takes to make them as loose as they appeared in the video clips. If you were only burning a quart every 65 miles you must have had a hell of a set of rings on it, were they Total Seal's? If you have the block I have an inside dial bore mic I'd be happy to loan you if you wanted to check them. You think the pistons were too small or it was shoddy machine work that was unchecked?
